I heard the numbers when it came out on NPR. What will happen when American Consumers will have to choose between a Polo shirt and tie vs. filling the tank in our 12 year old automobile? These huge warehouse stores will no longer be able to survive. It will be a dominoe affect and those of us who are 'middle class' will be forced to work in places where before, our eyes quickly scanned past in papers and postings. I wonder how far away we are from this scene? Kinda of scary. I, like my friends, choose not to listen and are concentrating on getting out of debt and moving to Hawaii.
