The book is probably not relevant to my world only insofar as the corporate message goes. I currently work in a 4 person office space. It can be difficult at times. I have worked for a large local bank and the atmosphere is very different and the employee's were just great to work with.
The book, however, does one heck of a job in getting one motivated (at least during the reading). I think he brings the 'winning' message down to my level. It's what happens when I finish reading the book that that needs work.
