Hi. I'm a "victim" of the high-tech environment and have had four positions eliminated in the past 10 years (marketing field). One position lasted only 6 months and added nothing to my experience level. Do I need to list all jobs on my resume (I'm currently listing only the past 12 years). If so, how do I explain the reason for "hopping" on my resume?
I have received several phone calls about my resume and once I explain the reasons for my position being eliminated, the hiring people understand. However, I have a feeling I'm not getting phone calls because it looks as if I've hopped around. Any suggestions?
