It also depends on the city. In western PA, Ohio, or Wisconsin, for example, $60K out of college is almost unheard of; you need an MBA to command that type of starting salary.
On the other hand, in Philadelphia, California and New York City, you need $60K just to get a studio apartment!!! |

I have currently a job offer for a software consultancy in ERP at OHIO. I am basically an Operations guy with about 8 years experience with exposure to erp working in my day to day working for almost 3 years now. What is the annual salary one can expect for the position inclusive of taxes and insurances?
