Actually they contacted me in the morning to make the offer. I called them back in the afternoon after having prepared a whole argumentation about why I'm worth more: experience, certifications, degrees. The HR lady told me that she will check with her boss. I'm planning to call her right now and ask for any news.

So I just called the HR, she said they can't offer more. I asked her to send me the contract so that I read it and make a decision. I'm not happy with the offer, but at least I got a promising job...
