Did you potential employer have COPIES of your transcripts at any time before extending an offer to you? This is usually acceptable so that the start date is not dependent on the official transcripts. If an employer requests official transcripts, they know that the process can take weeks.
It also seems very odd that the employer would not respond to you after you received the transcripts, but they called you when you re-applied.
Also, I must say you were very lucky in this economy to be in a position to "whittle" down your offers back in January. Perhaps you could go back to one of those other companies. |

The company asked for an unofficial copy of my transcripts when I applied but after I was given an offer, I was told they'd need officials by the time I started.
The HR Manager that contacted me via e-mail requested that I call their office back to discuss the reasons why I am not able to re-apply. I am upset about losing the job but I guess I want some type of "closure" on why I lost it and when/if I can re-apply.
I wish I could go back to the other offers that I was extended but those companies only accept candidates during the fall. Also, though I very professionally declined their offer, a few HR managers were upset and told me that I would never get a chance to be hired there again.
So for now, I'm out of a job and low on prospects. It's rough because I was offered a very generous starting salary (around $55K) and I don't think any other firm that I apply to now will get close to that.
