I have sent many resumes to companies that match my skills very well. I rearly hear back from the companies. I am not sure if I should be following up after I send the resumes. If So, many times online you are not given a contact name or phone number, how would one follow up.
Thank you

Map01,
Is your resume marketing you for the position you are seeking or just a history report of the position you are leaving.
Decision makers don't want to take time to "figure out" how to use your skills/experience. So they will interview professionals with resumes that speak to their needs.
Does your resume speak to their needs or just explain where you worked and what you did - sort of an "I did this, I did this, I did this" format?
