I recently graduated Cum Laude w/ a B.A. in Int'l Studies. I had a series of low-paying positions while in college. I have listed only two positions on my resume: military linguist and office manager. All applications I have seen request starting and ending salary at previous jobs. I read recently that salary history should not be revealed at all. I am applying for a salaried position ($39k) at a local community college. This is well above what I have been paid in the past. Should I leave my salary history blank on the application?? Do you agree with this article:
