I purchased a posting through a 'bloomberg wanted ad' posting service for OPS and TRADING, but the only replies I've gotten so far are for middle/back office. Anyone else know how to focus more on trading?

Create your own website and then in your ad refer people to a broader expression of your background.
In an ad you can only go so far...but if the objective of your ad is to "drive them" to your website and then hit them with all you've got ...well then you may succeed. try mine at www.weishaars.com I was the first person to advertize on ventureWire back in 2001. I actually had to help them determine the fee structure for the ad.
