I work for a Big 4 and have been looking for Siebel PMs and Architects for a long time. These candidates do not seem to be on the boards or apply to job postings. Does anyone know about any on-line sources where these types of senior candidates are? |

The market is glutted with Siebel PM's and Architects. However, since you are in the Final 4, let's see if I can guess the type of employee you want:
1. Must be under 30
2. Must be WASP
3. Must have gone to Harvard
or Stanford
4. Must have MBA
5. Must be arrogant
6. Must be empty headed dolt
7. Must be able to drag a
project out for years
8. Must have the ability
to code badly
We don't respond to job postings as we know you won't hire us if we don't meet the qualifications above. If you have skills anyone with a brain runs from the Final 4. Why would we want to work for some 20 year old who knows nothing but sits around all day and babbles platitudes about methodologies.
Do your job and look on the boards. Offer some real money and we'll talk to you.
