Sure the latest buzzwords of globalization and China... Go East yong man.
As an experienced (BS Eng + MBA) who has been to China 20 times plus since 1998 on business, be realistic about opportunties in China! My background in doing business in China range from pharmaceutical to computer products for 1 of the biggest software company to consumer electronics for well know European company as project manager for major launches. Let's just say been there and done that.
Reality is that typical local engineer makes about $700/month. They speak decent Enlish and of course Mandarin. Expat perks? Nah, unless you're director level plus but most companies find tons of local talents with overseas MBA. I was offered expat job by q of my supplier but in addition to living (vs visiting and having good time with local girlfriends in karaoke parlors) education cost for my little ones were, gasp, $24k/year per kid!

I didn't focus on school and the name and ended up at FIU. Should have gone to UF like I wanted to instead stayed and didn't do well. Have a lot of experience in RE and have a degree in both RE and Finance. What are the chances of someone like myself getting a job if I didn't pay as close attention to my school and grades?
I am thinking of getting a MsF from the same no name school but I don't know.
Thanks,
AS
