Is it possible to be blacklisted by a recruiter/headhunter? The reason I ask is one patricular firm I have dealt with has become very "cold" to me.
It also goes further: I answer ads (albeit via Monster.com - but directly to their e-mail) that they have on the intrenet where the position would be a perfect fit (and I know because as I read the ad I see all the same bullet points on my resume)but not a nibble. I have written them off but I am angry. Should I confront them in a carefully worded letter or drop the matter and just persevere by looking with other recruiters and on my own? Any advice would be appreciated.
