Hello all qualified candidates!
I can relate to your problems and agree with your observations. However, even a top school MBA does not make the process a breeze! I have one and speak three foreign languages, but the flow of interviews is VERY SLOW.
The reality is such that we compete with many candidates for a small pool of well paid jobs. People tell me "with your credentials, you should have no problem" but it is a myth. Keep plugging along...

Reading this thread, I don't feel quite so alone anymore!
Like all of you, I have been having a hard time even landing an informational interview. A couple years ago, I moved back to Boston (a city I haven't lived or worked in since I was in H.S.) to get my MBA. Now that I'm done, it has become painfully obvious that the job search is all about WHO you know, and I have no connections in this town.
Anyway, I wish all of you luck!
