I guess I must be one of the lucky ones. I have 25 years of experience, worked in investment banking/consulting, and now I'm copying and pasting data into Excel worksheets and doing misc. administrative/clerical work. I feel your pain. All this education and experience for what? I don't think it's getting any better either. I've been in misery for four years now. |

It may seem hopeless at times in this tough market but keep at it. I know it's easy to say it but you may try a different approach. I thought recruter's role is not needed but just got an excellent out of state job in CA thru recruiter. So be sure to work with more than 1 and STAY AWAY from B Hanes and other SCAMS which demand payment up front.
