In Reply To: There is a job placement agency that takes care of getting you interviews and possibly a job in the US and processing the H1B, granted you meet the requirements for the visa, and get hired by a company. They are called Global Agents and they are headquartered out of Miami. They charge a fee, but the majority of it is paid if and when you get hired. You can call 305-529-6260 and ask to speak to Maria Hernandez or Connie Rodriguez. You can tell them Ms. Cardenas told you about them. Good Luck.
Message: State of Florida is notorious for job placement scams where they claim they have jobs BUT demand payment first. Be very very careful as I was misled in late 1980's by overseas (to work outside US) employment SCAM. Of course, they stopped returning phone calls once they got my money. I had to resort to Florida Attorney General's office to file complaint to get my money back (which was exception as these companies close then reopen under different name). Sorry to sound rude but the prior post for an agency sounds pretty fishy as someone hunting here for clients. Again any time they tell you great prospect yet demand money up front - STAY AWAY!
