I think that it really depends on which group(s) your offer is with -- I think the cap markets group at DrKW is pretty strong (there's a good survey in the recent 'Euromoney' mag) and their i-bank seems to get more deals...
but it seems like there is a lot of uncertainty at drkw right now (and, it seems, since 2000) whereas rbs seems to be gathering momentum...
yazbro -- "from whence you speak" -- what do you think of drkw in general? have there been a lot of defections after berger's departure? i'm starting there this summer and I'm a bit worried now (too bad I already accepted my offer...) |

Thanks for the advice. For Dresdner I'll be in Sales - they have not specified which product area and for RBS they're even less specific - just Financial Markets. I've specified to RBS that I want to do trading within their Capital Markets which I assume is their more structured products- does anyone know? I want to go into a more complex area their website is pretty confusing as within Financial Marekts it just seems like there's Capital Markets, Money Markets, FX and Rates. THANKS
