I have a summer internship offer in London from RBS and Dresdner in Financial Markets (as much information as they have given me). Which bank is better and provides better career opportunites for the future. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

I think that it really depends on which group(s) your offer is with -- I think the cap markets group at DrKW is pretty strong (there's a good survey in the recent 'Euromoney' mag) and their i-bank seems to get more deals...
but it seems like there is a lot of uncertainty at drkw right now (and, it seems, since 2000) whereas rbs seems to be gathering momentum...
yazbro -- "from whence you speak" -- what do you think of drkw in general? have there been a lot of defections after berger's departure? i'm starting there this summer and I'm a bit worried now (too bad I already accepted my offer...)
