It is purely coincidental. After 25 years in the workforce I have concluded that the good, the bad and the ugly have nothing to do with gender. So the two lunatics you dealt with happen to be female. The next one might be a man. Or this new group head may turn out to be your favorite team mate ever. Do not let gender cloud your judgement. |

At the risk of sounding like Larry Summers of Harvard, I would state that there are indeed inate differences in how most men and women handle situations and relate to one another.
Watch young male employees in the office and then watch the young female employees and tell me that they have the same dynamics.
A lot of it is just a result of societal influences along the way. But for the most part do not make the mistake (however politically correct that it may be) to assume that a man and a woman have exactly the same inclinations and motivations when faced with the same situation.
That would be false science.
