I went back to school for a while to pick up some new skills. I also gave up looking for a proper job as no one was hiring in my area or field of work. I started my own business as a reseller on eBay earning enough money to put food on the table in the mean time. Suggestions? Thanks! |

I agree with the previous poster. You were not unemployed during this time - don't portray it as such. You were:
* Picking up new skills in school
* Getting the "entrepreneurial bug" out of your system by starting your own business
* You want to get back into the workforce for job security, etc. as you now have firsthand experience of the challenges of starting a business
And similar bs...
