I have been working for 5 years, 2 in Public Acctg, and 3 for an entertainment company. I am thinking about making a career change and becoming a recruiter. I don't want to feel like my education and experience are going down the drain. Can anybody give me advice on the recruiting industry? Temp vs Perm?
