Going through a downsizing after 11 yrs with company.
Considering obtaining On-Line Master's Degree from Capella University. Does any one have experience with this University? Also, does anyone know how recruiters view online Master's Degrees?

If you are busy at work during the day, then this could be an option. But if you are indicating that you are now unemployed and bored, then you might consider a brick & mortar program. Online programs require a lot of self-discipline. My sister has been attempting to complete an online master's for 4 years now. I don't think she's going to make it. She's nowhere near completing. It's not a lot of fun having to sit yourself down every day at the pc for extended periods of time.
