Hi, need advice on what to do. I am deciding on accepting Job A which pays average, but has an excellant training programme, good company brand name and future prospects, but the job scope is not my preferential choice.
Am in the middle of the interview process with another company. Job B has high pay, good benefits, my preferential job scope but less training and future prospects. Moreover the job offer is not within grasp yet.
Should i accept the Job A and forget Job B or reject Job A and "hope" to get Job B? Kinda of in a dilemma. Hoping for some help. Thanks
