In Reply To: OK, I am hoping you guys can help me out. It seems that great organizational skills are priority No. 1 for just about every job in existence. The problem is that my organizational skills suck. I have very recently (self) diagnosed with ADD, which makes sense, but I still need to find a job! Can anyone advise me on a good career path for someone who loses paperwork, forgets to return phone calls and just generally sucks at organization?
Message: Dear ADD I'm also ADD and have two positions in one job. I plan many events and organize many meetings etc. What I'm trying to say is that having ADD is no excuse to claim being "disorganized". You too with the proper drug and counseling therapy can develop strategies to overcome this disability. Make the committment to yourself to learn more about this disability and stop using it as an excuse not to live up to your potential. Good Luck
