I recently closed my own business and took a job that pays substantially less than I made...ten years ago. I am strapped with debt, kids, college, and payment plans to hld off the dogs from my former business debtors.
I have often heard that a commission only job is the best way to make great money if you are commitend and believe in the product. I found such a company. My wife is ultra conservative and hates the idea of again having a lack of a steady check in exchange for the unknown potential. She is a Social Worker so her income is more passion than profit but she does have the benifits.
Can anybody offer me some advice on good and bad, personal experiences in this area? I am in a psition where I feel I have to make a life/career change.
