You cannot self diagnose yourself with ADD. Online tests are also not accurate. Make an appointment with either a psychiatrist or a neurolopsychologist (PHD level only) and get real testing.
From there, you will get strategies and a life plan.

Yeah, that's good advice. Since you might not have ADD but have some of the symptoms,you need to be diagnosed by a professional. Even without a diagnosis of ADD, they can still help you. I have the same problems and it hurts me with attention to details. But I have had it ever since elementary school. For me, I avoid jobs that require really, really repetitive tasks (for example, anything accounting related). Also, I used computers for everything which helps alot.
