I just recently graduated from college (May '04) and I am still unemployed! I have been temping for a little over a month but I have applied to a great number of jobs and still nothing permanent has come about. I don't want to be temping forever. I am still applying for postions while temping and the temp agencies have told me they would assist with finding temp-permanent positions but they haven't come up with anything and I still haven't found anything I like and I get stuck answering phones for places that don't pay enough! I know the economy is bad but I don't want to work somewhere that I hate and makes my college degree a waste of money. I apply to tons of companies and organizations but never hear back from them despite the fact that I have alot of good/ various work experience. Any advice?
