I normally write a thank you note , within 2 days,telling them my interest in the job and why I think I should get it.
A week or more later, I give them a call to check on whats happening.
Remember they will not disqualify you for calling to check out. And you have nothing to lose.

I made it through a 3rd interview round in DC, now that I think of it I forgot the thank you note-oops-but now I'm learning and have about 4 interviews lined up. Be patient, learn from mistakes, if they don't give you the descency to call you then the company is not one you want to work for. Always ask for feedback to improve for the next one.
I need advice. Looking to relocate to NYC can anyone help? I'm in DC and if I can find something that meets my match here, well by all means-fashion, PR, writing, entertainment -tv. I speak 3 languages, should be useful.
