I was injuried in Feburary of 01. I had two ruptured discs, and to date I have had two surgeries and I need two more.
But unfornuately I can't wait any longer. Workmans comp is trying to deny the claim, but I have not worked since the injury. I need to find employment again. My question is how do I rewrite my resume. Do I tell the truth about my back injuries. Do I fudge the date of my last job. The company that I worked for is closed and there is no information that can be found. |

i am sure some one can find out when your salary stopped coming. So don't fudge the dates. Instead say maybe-after you injury and a few months of recuperating , you joined a friend in his business and did some work. It didn't work out as you expected, so you are again in the market..
It also depends on the kind of job you do. For instance in IT, a lot of people do small consulting engagements etc...
