I was recruited to interview for a job last week and I think the interview went well. They thought I was a little over qualified for the job but I let them know that it would actually help me and them if I were to work there. They seemed impressed and I am still waiting to hear back from them. The interview was last wednesday and it is now monday. Should I follow up tomorrow or how long should I wait? |

I normally write a thank you note , within 2 days,telling them my interest in the job and why I think I should get it.
A week or more later, I give them a call to check on whats happening.
Remember they will not disqualify you for calling to check out. And you have nothing to lose.
