Hi there,
Recently I signed an employeement letter with company B but my current company A would like to give me better offer. My question is can I cancel the job offer I signed with company B? I read the employeement letter carefully, and there is no words talking about what will happen if I cancel this offer. Anyone have any idea?
Thanks. |

Company A may "give you a better offer", but that could be followed up by giving you the business.
Remember, now they know you are looking elsewhere. They may be simply giving you a better offer to keep you around long enough to get their ducks in a row, find your replacement, and dump your ass. It's dog-eat-dog out there now, and you cannot trust anyone. There's a line of poor schmucks out there waiting to do your job, and do it for less pay. Your employer knows that too.
If I were you, I'd go work for company B.
