Hi there,
Recently I signed an employeement letter with company B but my current company A would like to give me better offer. My question is can I cancel the job offer I signed with company B? I read the employeement letter carefully, and there is no words talking about what will happen if I cancel this offer. Anyone have any idea?

Just remember when your company offers you a better offer it may be to keep you a round for a while (to suck you dry of info and then find a replacement for you). You really need to identify what your best option is and don't burn any bridges. You'll definitely irritate the company that you signed with but people accepting other jobs or staying with their current company does happen even after signing. Best to be upfront and honest!
