I went straight to grad school after college, mainly due to the fact that I couldn't get a job. I have done internships that lasted between 3 months to 1 year.Mainly in financial services firms. But a lot of companies do not regard this as having much experience. Any one in a similar situation? and how did you tackle this issue?Also not sure if to apply for analyst positions that do not require an MBA or Associate Positions that require an MBA plus years of experience. Thanks
