Alaric - I had a similar situation. I was handsomely employed when I met and married my former wife. After I lost my job and was unemployed for a long period looking for a similar position, she found a higher paying job and left me with nothing. I suggest you keep things as smooth as possible and when you get your next position, get rid of her. Character is something someone either has or doesn't. She'll not discover it later. my .02 |

Okay, Carolyn said it on The Apprentice and I'm saying it now, "I'm embarrassed to be a woman." This conversation has taken a completely different turn but MY GOD what is wrong with people (women most of all)! If my husband lost his job I would have no option but to support him AND be supportive of him-there is no question in my mind-we took vows for goodness sakes. Obviously they mean more to some than others. Maybe I'm sheltered but I'm so shocked and appalled that this actually happens to people! Rest assured that karma is a bitch-it will come back to them one way or another.
