I am currently a senior hoping to land an I-Banking job, My problem is that since last summer my GPA fell to 3.43/4.0 while my Finance GPA is a 3.5/4.0. Through the bidding process at my school I automatically get rejected for a bank that requires a 3.5 or above.
My question to recruiters is what would you reccomend in this sittuation?
I already emailed the recruiters and explained my problem, but not even one replied back.
I am desperately trying to get an interview since I know that once I land the interview and dont get the job I wont feel as bad as if dont get it an interview.
Oh btw i study at Kelley School of Business- Indiana University (top 10 ranked)

Also a 3.5 or above is the maximum cut off any bank uses. So I am pretty close.
