Hey, I (female) am starting my first job, and was told the dress code is "Business Casual"
Please advise on how to shop for it. e.g. example of bascis, and style.
Or any website with actual picture may help. thanks!!!

The meaning of "business casual" depends on a number of things, such as where you are in the country, and the industry in which you're working.
The best way of getting a feel for acceptable dress would be to look around during your interview and see how people come dressed to work.
Even how people dress for an interview varies. When I lived on the east coast, dressing up in a suit was expected. However, in Silicon Valley, it's common to show up for an interview in jeans and a t-shirt. Even Senior Managers will show up for an interview in shirtsleeves.
If you're still stuck, another good trick is to show up the day before, and watch from the parking lot how people arrive dressed for work.
I hope you found some of my advice useful, and good luck!
