How many interviews do you get out of every 100 resumes submitted? |

% of technical phone interviews that go to on site interviews has been low, but resumes sent through any remote contact have mostly gotten to on site interviews. from on site job interviews, about 50% to an offer.
i learned to target appropriate job ads. spamming does not work. i tried it once. when i sent out 100 resumes, i'd get about 3 responses. when i sent out 10 resumes, i'd still get 3 responses. when i sent out 5 resumes, i'd also get 3 responses.
of course sending out targetted resumes means a lot more sifting and longer time between each one.
