Has anyone ever done this? I'm reconsidering a pseudo-promotion (cross-country move, same pay, better job/title) within my company that I turned down a few weeks ago (it's recently been reposted). I wonder how it will be perceived--should approach the recruiter or the person I would be working for? Just wonder if anyone has been in this situation before and has any advice. I can't really find this situation addressed on any of the many online career sites. Thanks.
