I fully agree with "thisidentitydoesnotexist." Business casual means no suit. I would suggest checking out the "career/work" lines of Banana Republic, JCrew, and Brooks Brothers. I have found all three to be perfect for every day at the office.
However, even if the office is business casual, you are always expected to be "business formal" for client meetings.
