In 1995, the unemployment rate is 5.6%
Today, the unemployment rate is also 5.6%
Is today's job market worse than 1994-1996?

Perhaps the unemployment percentage (being the same 5.6%) is not the most accurate measure of the job market. Rather, are the jobs today paying what they were back in 1994-96 or will a person have to work 9.4 hours more per week to make the same money as a job in 1995?
