Hi everyone,
I just graduated in May, and began working at my current position at the end of June. Love the position, and is good stuff. However, for various personal and family reasons, I need/want to relocate to Texas (preferably Dallas or Austin).
My questions are:
a-Should I put the current position on my resume and how do I explain it to the prospective employer? I feel I should because not only are the two jobs in the same industry, I've been put on many projects already that are directly applicable to the positions I'd be applying for.
b-Leave it out. This could be a problem, especially when I interview with them...? However, I don't want to look like a "job-hopper"
Thanks for any advice you all can provide!

the "job hopper" moniker no longer carries a stigma, PROVIDED that you can demonstrate you added value and can produce great references from that employer.
In other words, learn as much as you can, pull as much data out of this position as you can, and leave on a GREAT note.
doing what's in your best interest is all you can be expected to do now-a-days.
