Hey, I (female) am starting my first job, and was told the dress code is "Business Casual"
Please advise on how to shop for it. e.g. example of bascis, and style.
Or any website with actual picture may help. thanks!!!

I am not a female, but i found the woman's counterpart to a section i found for dressing for men.
It might give you some idea, but being a guy, and noticing absolutely NO difference between the two pictures - I have no idea if this will be helpful.

Not that the pics are 'fasionable' but might help you gauge the difference between business casual and formal.. if there is any..
