I was thinking about this while I ate... If you go to the BLS site which does the % for you:

Nov's number is 9.8% which is pretty much what the LATs has (9.7%) they might have rounded down or done some other minor change if they computed it themselves... |

My boss just told me to take a look at the same link but to use the "Not seasonally
adjusted"... I looked and imagine my surprise when Nov 2003 says 9.7% unemployment which is 0.3% higher then Nov. 2002.
