I've been with my current firm for 5 years now and looking to make a switch. Prior to that I spent 2 years in I-banking as an analyst. People I worked with from i-banking firm are no longer there. On the other hand I can't list my current colleagues w/o them knowing I am looking.
Who do I list as references?
