How much does one make in operations at Lehman and is there a bonus at the end of the year based on performance?
Also, I received an offer at an international bank - though not I-bank - with a salary of $45,000 a year, a bonus, and the job entails traveling. Though this is'nt an I-bank, do you think I should take this job or pursue a career in operations at Lehman, which is an I-bank and so is oriented more toward finance?
