I am having problems finding a job after being fired from my last job, that I am forced to list on my resume. I was fired from my last job, and I need to list the experience, as it is a major part of my qualifications. The problem I am having is what do I tell recruiters about my reason for leaving the job? If I tell them the truth, so far it has got me nowhere. If I tell them what I have read on the internet "That it was a hostile environment, and many people were let go, they ask why i was let go." If I tell them the bottom line, that it was an attendance issue and management treated me unfairly, they say good luck! Also, what can my former employer tell prospective employers about my last position? If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
