Hey there:
I have been actively responding to online job offers in my field. I have a decent resume and have 15+ years of experience yet NO ONE replies to me from these postings! I understand the internet job postings are not the do-all/end-all of the job search, but c'mon! How about one response! What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions? Thanks. |

I truly feel the same way you do. I've been doing the same for the past 3 months and have not gotten anywhere. I'd like to know what is going on here. Especially, when most of the jobs are only advertised on an internet job site and not in the paper. Do companies even care about responses via e-mail or do they just use this as a waste of time and company funds?
