In Reply To: Take the job and learn more about the investment banking, build relationship and gain experience! You should consider yourself lucky to be even offered a temp position. I for 1 don't like to hire anyone straight out of college. Seen too many recent grads not perform and act immature. But I take exception to anyone who had co-op position.
Message: I just completed about a year consulting for a major global bank and I'm currently interviewing for a bunch of positions. I have yet to find someone who shares your opinion of temping right after college. Even with my heavy IB internship experiences and my last position, I keep getting interviewed for "entry-level" jobs. Do you know of any companies that would recognize my talent and skillsets and not only focus on my age or the amount of time that I am out of college?
