One aspect of Monster that came in handy for me is the feature that shows how many times my resume has been accessed. This feature provided some feedback as to how searchable my resume was-- it had not received a single hit in 3 months. I re-evaluated my resume, and added more specific technical jargon. The number of hits on my resume tripled in a week!
