My experience with Monster has been satisfactory (given that I didn't know what to expect, and wasn't expecting too much, when I first posted). I'm still job-searching, but a handful of solid companies, in addition to some headhunters, have contacted me after seeing my Monster resume. Just don't depend on it, and remember to "Renew" your resume often so the date on it stays fresh.
