YOUR expectations of BH |

can you draw conclusions about a person from what they wear or the condition of their car? It's a negative on both ends of the spectrum,
too cheap or too guady.
The decor wasn't the issue, the fee really wasn't the issue.
I thought it was a standard recruiter, found you a job, received fee from the employer.
The man took a call from an irrate client in the middle of his pitch to me. I found that to be not only uncomfortable but amusing as well. I'm sure there are much better salespeople, they wouldn't have made it this far.
There may be people who are perfectly satisfied with their Haldane experience. But I have read many anecdotes from people with 100% negative views of the company. Perhaps their expectations were out of line, perhaps they were lied to. It doesn't matter to me,
it wasn't a service I needed. |

1. What made you think "it was a standard recruiter"? Did you read their ad? Recruiters advertise jobs, and they always remind you that the employer "pays the fee". BH's ads don't advertise jobs, and they don't say they're recruiters, don't mention "a client of ours is looking for" or anything like that.
2. If it "wasn't a service you neeeded", then why did you bother to go there in the first place? You said you thought they were a recruiter, and you must have felt a need for a "standard recruiter".
The anectdotes you mention ( and I commend you for realizing that they are, after all, ONLY anecdotes ) are from people who claimed they were lied to about something important which was reduced to a written agreement both parties signed, and for which there was "consideration" paid. Further, I'm confident that BH DID fulfill their end of the bargain.
It's impossible to respond to a generalized "negative view".
My own opinion is that these are people who unrealistically expected BH to do the impossible ( "get" them a job), and when that didn't happen, they got mad and demanded "go away" money.
What they have done is the equivalent of an employer who fires a worker and then demands the return of that employee's paycheck.
